Refund and Cancellation

At Rustic River, we understand that plans may change. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both guests and management.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Guest

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, after deducting applicable payment gateway charges (if any).

  • Cancellations made within 7 days to 72 hours before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in date or no-shows are non-refundable.

2.Peak Season / Special Dates

    • During peak seasons, weekends, festivals, public holidays, or special events, no cancellations or refunds may be allowed unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.

3.Early Check-out

    • No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused nights once the stay has commenced.

Cancellation by Rustic River

Rustic River reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Safety concerns

  • Operational issues

In such cases:

  • Guests will receive a full refund or

  • An alternative date may be offered, subject to availability

Rustic River shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest due to such cancellation.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking and are strictly enforced.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

  • Tariff differences, if any, must be paid by the guest.

  • Date modifications are not permitted for peak season bookings unless stated otherwise.

Force Majeure

Rustic River shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, pandemics, strikes, or natural calamities.
